ALM Note: alternative water supply

Recently we had an enquiry from a customer looking at using water collected on site to irrigate a new tree planting. The water had been tested and contained various unidentified salts @ 7000ppm. This is equivalent to and Ec of around 11000, more than three times the maximum level for plants. The pressure may be on to find alternative water supply but not all sources will be suitable.
