ALM Note: Water Restriction Trigger Points

Stage 2 Water Restrictions remain a possibility.

The storage level trigger for Stage 2 in June is 703ML. Storages are currently at 720ML. During the past week consumption has been about 1ML per day and stream flows in recent weeks have been around 5ML. Stream flows are down on last year and on long term averages. Further information can be found at the Melbourne Water web site; http://www.melbournewater.com.au/system/mainframeset.asp?path=/water_cycle/water/weekly_water_update/weekly_water_update.asp
